Hi everyone!

We’re excited to share monthly blogs about our upcoming season + a bit of history on The Boathouse & Stratford throughout the year.

As we gear up for the 2023 season, there's a lot to look forward to at The Boathouse. Located right on the Avon River, it's the perfect spot to spend a day out on the water. Whether you want to rent a canoe, kayak or paddle boat, explore the river by bicycle or just relax on our pontoon boat; the Juliet III - there's something for everyone.

In addition to all the activities, we also have a lovely little restaurant on site. You can grab a bite to eat or a cool treat while taking in the views of the river. It's the perfect spot to relax and unwind.

This year we will be introducing a light brunch on Sundays and later restaurant hours on Wednesdays - Fridays to enjoy the sunset views and the musical talents on The Razzamajazz from July - August.

In addition, we will be offering picnic baskets to take-out on your boat rental or enjoy riverside. Gourmet cookie from Cynthia’s sweets & things, candy bags from Corner Store Candy Co and charcuterie boxes with local meats and cheeses.

2023 is shaping up to be a great one! If you haven't had a chance to visit us we would love to meet you this coming season; we feel it’s a true gem of the community.
